RecruitMyMom in Cape Town seeks an experienced HR professional to support the Southern African operations of an international project delivery company. This role covers the full employee lifecycle, emphasizing confidentiality and ethics, with opportunities in skills development and affirmative action planning.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a People/HR role within related industries.
• South African Citizenship or Permanent Residency.
• Based in Cape Town.
• Proven experience working with HRIS and MS Office (Word/Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with interpersonal abilities.

Responsabilités

• Talent Acquisition Support: assist with recruitment needs and scheduling.
• Onboarding Management: organise end-to-end new starter experience, contracts and inductions.
• Off-boarding Compliance: manage exit processes and collect company property.
• HRIS & Platform Administration: maintain employee records and HR systems.
• Global Mobility Compliance: support international placements and assignments.
• Reporting & Data Analytics: collate data for reporting purposes.
• Compliance & Transformation Planning: assist with Skills Development and Employment Equity planning.
• Group Collaboration: work with the global People & Culture group to ensure consistent service.
• General Administration: perform ad-hoc HR duties and filing.
