• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding in Cape Town.
• Develop and implement talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
• Conduct training needs analyses and coordinate delivery of training and development initiatives.
• Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant HR legislation.
• Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
