Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support to line managers and employees on various HR issues.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or National Diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as an HR Advisor, HR Generalist, or in a similar HR role.
• Solid understanding of South African labor law (BCEA, LRA, EEA) and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with employees and management.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Mahikeng, North West .
