About the Role

Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy, is seeking a Senior HR Recruitment Specialist to join their team in Mahikeng, North West. This role is dedicated to sourcing and placing Human Resources professionals across various industries. You will be instrumental in identifying top talent for HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Recruiter, Compensation & Benefits Specialist, and other HR-related positions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the HR function, excellent candidate assessment skills, and a strong network within the HR community. You will work closely with clients to understand their specific HR talent needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for HR roles, from initial engagement to offer acceptance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a specialization in Human Resources roles.
• Proven success in recruiting for a variety of HR positions, including generalists, specialists, and leadership roles.

• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
