Qualifikationen

• Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Hotel or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years' senior hotel management experience, preferably as a General Manager or Operations Manager.
• Proven experience managing hotel operations, budgets, revenue and staff.
• Strong leadership, financial management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of hotel revenue management and guest service standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including accommodation, food and beverage, spa services and guest relations.
• Drive revenue growth, occupancy and profitability while controlling costs.
• Lead, motivate and develop departmental managers and staff.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and operational excellence.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, stock control and expenses.
• Build relationships with travel agents, tour operators and corporate clients.
• Implement strategies to improve revenue and guest satisfaction.
