RecruitMyMom is seeking a visionary General Manager for a premier Cape Winelands estate. You will lead daily operations across luxury accommodations, dining, cellar door experiences, and leisure facilities, ensuring flawless service, brand integrity, and exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 10+ years in hospitality operations with at least 5 years in executive leadership, strong sales and marketing background in luxury wine tourism, and proven P&L management across multi-unit estates.

Qualifications

• A qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Food & Beverage/Events Management.
• 10+ years in hospitality operations, with at least 5 years in an Executive GM, Operations Director, or Senior Leadership role.
• Solid background in sales and marketing within luxury hospitality, wine tourism, or destination-based leisure businesses is essential.
• Experience managing P&L, multi-department revenue streams, and high-volume food, beverage, and accommodation operations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations across all hospitality units to ensure flawless service standards and brand integrity.
• Drive footfall, occupancy, and direct sales by leveraging tourism trade relationships, digital marketing initiatives, brand partnerships, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage profit and loss across all outlets, establishing pricing strategies, optimising covers/occupancy, and controlling operational costs to hit commercial growth targets.
