Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
• Proven track record in P&L ownership and budgeting for hotels.
• Experience with revenue management and rate optimization in luxury properties.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L accountability and forecast revenues, control costs, optimize EBITDA.
• Lead budgeting and CapEx planning aligned with corporate objectives.
• Drive revenue optimization with dynamic pricing, yield management, and distribution channels.
• Oversee procurement, asset management, and supplier contracts to control waste.
• Direct operations across Front Office, F&B, housekeeping, sales, and events.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, brand standards, and safety policies.
• Foster staff development, succession planning, and high engagement.
• Ensure legal compliance with labour, licensing and health standards.
