HotelJobs seeks a highly accomplished General Manager to oversee operations at a mountain resort and leisure property. You will be fully responsible for strategic planning, financial performance, guest satisfaction, and team leadership.

Lead Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Security; manage budgets, forecast, and revenue; uphold luxury standards and safety; build local marketing and partnerships.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of successful experience as General Manager or Hotel Manager at a full-service resort.
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or Business Administration preferred.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting and financial return delivery.
• Strong leadership and communication with large diverse teams.
• Valid SA Driver's License (Required).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all resort departments to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Drive profitability by managing budgets, P&L, costs, and revenue streams.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and monitor guest feedback.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing management team.
• Oversee asset upkeep and safety compliance of facilities.
• Develop local marketing strategies, partnerships, and community initiatives.
