Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Hospitality, Hotel or Business Management.
• Minimum 5 years' senior hotel management experience, preferably as a General Manager or Operations Manager.
• Proven experience managing hotel operations, budgets, revenue and staff.
• Strong leadership, financial management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of hotel revenue management and guest service standards.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
