Placements24 is assisting a prestigious Sandton hotel in recruiting a results-driven Hotel Sales Manager. You will lead the sales team, develop strategies to target corporate clients, travel agencies and events, and drive occupancy and revenue.

Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, managing key accounts, and collaborating with marketing and operations to ensure seamless service delivery. A minimum of 5 years in hotel sales with leadership experience and a related degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in hotel sales, with at least 2 years in a management or senior sales role.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent understanding of the hospitality industry and the sales cycle.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.

• Conduct market research to identify competitive landscape, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
