Job summary

Placements24 in Centurion is seeking a proactive Hotel Operations Supervisor to support the management team in delivering outstanding guest service and efficient daily operations across front desk, housekeeping and F&B.

You will supervise staff, train new hires, handle guest inquiries, and collaborate with department heads to uphold standards. This hybrid role combines on-site oversight with coordinated remote planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory or management role within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping and F&B.
• Proven leadership, communication and organisational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities of front desk, housekeeping, and F&B staff.
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies, procedures and service standards.
• Assist in training and onboarding new staff members.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints, with prompt resolutions.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain standards.
• Support Hotel Manager in implementing operational improvements and managing budgets.
