You will supervise a team of agents, coordinate with other departments, and balance on-site leadership with strategic remote responsibilities in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, excellent customer service, and proficiency with hotel management

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and booking systems.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
• Strong organizational skills for managing front office tasks.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and train front desk staff to deliver courteous and efficient service.
• Manage guest arrivals and departures, process payments, and maintain records.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless experiences for guests.
• Implement and monitor front desk procedures and contribute to operational improvements.
