Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve business objectives and enhance guest experiences.
• Manage and coordinate the activities of various hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.

• Monitor operational budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar senior management role within the hospitality industry, preferably in Pietermaritzburg .
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, including front office, F&B, housekeeping, and event management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and standard office applications.
