Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic operational plans to achieve business objectives and enhance guest satisfaction.

• Manage departmental budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost savings.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, with at least 3 years in a senior operational leadership role.
• Proven experience in managing multiple departments within a reputable hotel or resort.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, financial management, and budgeting.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and other relevant hotel software.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
