Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in hotel operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.

• Demonstrated budget management and cost-control abilities.
• Ability to balance on-site supervision with remote administrative duties.
• Knowledge of the Nelspruit tourism market is a plus.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of various hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
