• Oversee hotel operations during assigned shifts as senior on duty.
• Supervise Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, and Security.
• Respond to guest complaints and operational issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to uphold cleanliness, safety and presentation.
• Assist in implementing hotel policies and ensure staff compliance.
• Coordinate with department heads to ensure efficient communication.
