About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for the overall hotel operations during assigned shifts, acting as the senior manager on duty.
• Supervise and support Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, and Security staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Respond to and resolve guest complaints and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to ensure standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation are maintained.
• Assist in the implementation of hotel policies and procedures, ensuring compliance by all staff.
