Placements24 is seeking an accomplished Hotel General Manager in Polokwane, Limpopo. You will provide strategic leadership, oversee all hotel operations, and drive profitability while maintaining brand standards and exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years in hotel management, with 3–5 years in a GM or senior leadership role, strong financial acumen, and a passion for leading diverse teams in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance profitability, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Oversee all hotel operations including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales & Marketing, and HR.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L responsibility, and cost control.
• Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of department heads and staff.
• Ensure delivery of outstanding guest service and uphold quality standards.
• Coordinate capital projects and maintain property condition.
