Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Hotel General Manager or a senior executive role in a similar-sized property.
• Demonstrated success in P&L management, revenue generation, and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel operations, sales, marketing, and finance.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
