Placements24 is assisting a luxury boutique hotel in Polokwane, South Africa, to find an accomplished Hotel General Manager. You will lead all facets of the property, from F&B to housekeeping, with a focus on guest experience and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in hotel leadership, a solid track record in budgeting and revenue generation, and a passion for developing high-performing teams in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in hotel management with at least 5 years in a General Manager or senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in budgeting, revenue generation, and cost control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee all hotel operations, including front office, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and marketing.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and efficiency.
• Manage the hotel's budget, P&L, and financial performance to ensure profitability.
• Lead and develop the hotel management team, fostering a high-performance culture.
