Key duties include processing requisitions, obtaining supplier quotes, and maintaining records, with exposure to policy-driven purchasing and budget considerations in a vibrant hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed qualification in SCM, Business Admin, or Hospitality Mgmt.
• Excellent organization and time-management required.
• Attention to detail and accuracy a must.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and generate purchase orders.
• Source quotations from approved vendors.
• Compare prices, terms, and delivery schedules across suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers on order details and timelines.
• Maintain records of purchasing activities and supplier info.
• Liaise with hotel departments to understand stock needs.
• Monitor inventory levels and reordering needs.
• Provide admin support to purchasing team.
• Resolve basic order/delivery discrepancies.
