About the Role

Our client, a reputable hotel and hospitality group, is offering an exciting Purchasing Assistant internship opportunity in George, Western Cape, ZA . Key Responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase requisitions and generating purchase orders.
• Support the procurement team in sourcing quotations from approved vendors.
• Help in comparing prices, terms, and delivery schedules from different suppliers.
• Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of purchasing activities, invoices, and supplier information.
• Liaise with various hotel departments to understand their stock and supply needs.
• Assist in monitoring inventory levels and identifying items requiring reordering.
• Provide administrative support to the purchasing department.

Requirements
