Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services for hotel operations across F&B, housekeeping, and maintenance.
• Obtain quotes, negotiate prices and delivery terms to achieve cost savings.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage relationships to meet SLAs.
• Process requisitions and generate accurate purchase orders.
• Maintain an up-to-date supplier database and pricing.
• Monitor inventory levels with department managers.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and ethical standards.
• Prepare regular procurement activity, expenditure, and savings reports.
• Contribute to process improvements in procurement systems.
