Placements24 is seeking a Junior Procurement Officer to join their e-commerce operations team in George, Western Cape. You will assist in sourcing suppliers, processing purchase orders, and supporting inventory management for online retail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 0-2 years in purchasing/procurement/admin roles.
• Strong interest in procurement and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to contribute.
• Familiarity with e-commerce operations is a plus.
• Must be able to work remotely, with access to resources in the George, Western Cape region.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing suppliers for a variety of products and services.
