• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS), and common software applications.
• Experience with network troubleshooting and remote support tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are highly desirable.

About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled Helpdesk Technician to provide essential technical support to users in Rustenburg. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure by addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly. You will be a key member of the IT support team, offering remote assistance and troubleshooting solutions to maximize user productivity. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while supporting our operations in the North West province.
