Qualifications

• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote sessions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Guide users through product installations, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Document technical issues and resolutions accurately in the support system.
• Escalate complex technical problems to senior support engineers or development teams.
