Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Define and uphold audit standards, reporting clarity, and client communication.
• Oversee hiring plan for the department and conduct first-round interviews.
• Escalate and manage accounts at risk and lead client calls to resolution.
• Lead the PPC and SEO strategists, setting performance expectations and reviews.
• Ensure attribution integrity and GA4 accuracy in client reporting.
