Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO

• Experience in client-facing leadership and performance assessments

Responsibilities

• Own the department's quality bar and development for PPC and SEO strategists
• Set and uphold account audit standards and reporting
• Drive client results across the function and ensure honest reporting
• Lead escalation when an account is at risk and direct the strategists to fixes
• Define channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale
• Convey credible delivery to sales about what can be achieved
• Plan department hiring and conduct first-round interviews within a quarter
