Job summary

Blacksmith Agency seeks a Vice President of Performance Marketing to own the department and guide the PPC and SEO strategists. You set the standard for audits, reporting, and client communication, while directing budget and strategy as accounts scale. This is a management role focused on strategy and outcomes, not hands-on campaign building.

You will be the client-facing owner when accounts underperform and will hire and onboard the first-round interviews for your team within a quarter.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO with leadership experience.
• Ability to own channel strategy and guide specialists to deliver results.
• Strong GA4, Search Console and ads platform knowledge; able to diagnose performance.
