Blacksmith Agency is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the PPC and SEO function. You will own channel strategy, budget allocation, and overall department performance, while the PPC and SEO specialists execute tactics.

You will manage client relationships, own reporting quality, and ensure credible results. This is a management seat focused on strategy, leadership, and measurable outcomes, not hands-on campaign building.

Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• Agency experience carrying many accounts.
• Comfortable being the client-facing owner when an account is underperforming.

Responsabilités

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Lead PPC and SEO strategists; set quality bar and reviews.
• Ensure audits and reporting are of high standard and accurate.
• Own escalation when an account is at risk and lead corrective actions.
• Communicate credibility of delivery to sales and clients.
• Lead hiring plan for the department and conduct first-round interviews within a quarter.
