Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Depth in Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, Meta and Microsoft Ads.
• One account you turned around with measurable impact.
• Comfortable being the client-facing owner when an account is underperforming.
• Agency experience carrying many accounts at once.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Set quality bars and development plans for PPC and SEO strategists.
• Ensure honest reporting and GA4 accuracy.
• Lead client calls and escalate when accounts are at risk.
• Hire and interview for the department within about a quarter.
