Qualifications

• 7+ years across paid media and SEO.
• Agency experience carrying many accounts.
• Experience leading teams of strategists.
• Comfortable being client-facing owner when accounts underperform.

Responsibilities

• Own channel strategy and budget allocation as accounts scale.
• Set quality standards and audits for the department.
• Direct strategists and ensure honest reporting to clients.
• Lead client calls and escalation when an account is at risk.
• Plan hiring for the department and conduct initial interviews.
