• In-depth knowledge of South African labor law, HR best practices, and talent management frameworks.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Experience in change management and organizational development.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead effective HR teams.
• Experience within a diversified group or conglomerate structure is highly preferred.
