Responsabilidades

• Supervise and train front desk agents, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and procedures.
• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently and courteously.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
• Oversee room inventory, room assignments, and special guest requests.
• Prepare daily reports, including occupancy rates, revenue summaries, and guest feedback.
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
