Placements24 is seeking a detail-oriented Reservations Agent to manage booking inquiries and reservations for properties in Mahikeng. You will be the first point of contact for guests, providing information on services, availability, and pricing.

This role combines remote administrative tasks with on-site guest interaction, supported by a hybrid schedule. Strong communication, reservation-system proficiency, and a passion for guest satisfaction are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in reservations or customer service.
• Proficiency with Opera, Fidelio, or similar reservation systems.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate information on availability, rates, amenities, and policies.
• Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations in the system.
• Upsell services and packages to enhance guest experience.
• Resolve guest inquiries and issues related to reservations promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings and local attractions.
