Placements24 is sourcing a Front Office Supervisor for a well-established hotel in East London. The role focuses on welcoming guests, supervising front desk staff, and ensuring smooth check-in and checkout processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, outstanding communication, and a passion for service excellence, with the ability to manage reservations and guest records while maintaining policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in front office operations with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Strong customer service and guest-relations focus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with hotel PMS and reservation systems.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/out.
• Lead, mentor and train front desk agents for service excellence.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Manage reservations, room allocations and guest records.
• Monitor policies, cash handling, and security procedures.
• Prepare daily reports for management.
