Job summary

Phoenix Recruitment in Hout Bay is seeking a Guest Activities Coordinator to plan and manage guest activities, tours, and transfers between properties and local attractions. You will accompany guests on excursions, providing engaging commentary and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

Grade 12 is required, with a tour guiding qualification considered an advantage.
A tour guiding qualification will be an advantage.
At least 2+ years experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
Driver's licence & valid PrDP/PDP are required.
Deep knowledge of regional attractions, restaurants, wine farms, and cultural landmarks.
Polished communication and hosting abilities to interact with diverse international guests.
Prior background in hospitality, tourism, or excursion coordination.
