Job summary

Phoenix Recruitment in Hout Bay is seeking a Guest Activities Coordinator to plan and manage guest activities, tours, and transfers between properties and local attractions. You will accompany guests on excursions, providing engaging commentary and ensuring safety.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 is required, with a tour guiding qualification considered an advantage.
• A tour guiding qualification will be an advantage.
• At least 2+ years experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
• Driver's licence & valid PrDP/PDP are required.
• Deep knowledge of regional attractions, restaurants, wine farms, and cultural landmarks.
• Polished communication and hosting abilities to interact with diverse international guests.
• Prior background in hospitality, tourism, or excursion coordination.
