Job summary

Lodgistics in Simon’s Town, Western Cape, seeks a Guest Activity Coordinator to coordinate and host guest excursions and transfers across two properties. You will professionally drive and host guests, recommend Cape Town attractions, and ensure schedules run smoothly.

The ideal candidate is well-presented with excellent communication, highly organized, and comfortable engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds. Start date as soon as possible; live-out position, local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and PDP are essential.
• Experience hosting guests on tours, excursions or transfers is required.
• Excellent knowledge of Cape Town and surrounding attractions.
• Well-presented, professional and well-spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.
• Highly organised and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage guest excursions, activities and transfers across both properties.
• Professionally drive and host guests during transfers, tours and excursions.
• Recommend suitable Cape Town attractions, experiences and activities based on guest interests.
• Coordinate schedules between properties and proactively manage transport needs.
• Ensure excursions and transfers run smoothly and on time.
• Take ownership of the guest experience while guests are away from the properties.
