Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in GTM Operations, Revenue, Sales, Marketing or Business Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems or a related field.
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with forecasting, pipeline management and operational planning.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and process improvement experience.

Responsabilités

• Supporting and optimising go-to-market strategies across Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams.
• Managing CRM platforms, revenue systems and data processes to ensure operational efficiency.
• Building dashboards and reporting frameworks to provide actionable business insights.
• Analysing pipeline performance, conversion metrics and revenue trends.
• Improving lead management, territory planning and sales process effectiveness.
• Streamlining workflows and implementing automation to increase productivity.
• Collaborating with leadership teams on forecasting, planning and performance measurement.
• Ensuring data integrity and governance across all GTM functions.
