• Proven track record in managing and leading diverse teams and budgets.

• Contributes to regional practice strategy and develops strategy to enable continuous integration and delivery.
• Leads transformation and growth for selling the practice across geography/portfolio.
• Owns and optimizes solution portfolio investment aligned to business priorities.
• Identifies and creates demand for solutions and reviews cost estimates.
• Leads and manages a team and ensures performance goals are met.
• Facilitates practitioner or delivery training activities and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to articulate a technology roadmap for enablement of delivery.
• Documents and manages plan of record including outcomes, release/investment/resource plans.
• Leads solution design reviews to ensure profitability and client requirements.
• Defines standards and tools for new solution architecture and delivery frameworks.
• Recommends continuous integration tooling for automated build/test/deployments.
• Specifies market requirements through market research and client engagement.
