Communicate Finance is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing professional in South Africa to lead multi-channel campaigns and drive measurable growth across paid search, social, display, and email channels.

You will optimise budgets, deploy GA4-based analytics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer acquisition and retention while staying ahead of industry trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5+ years in Performance Marketing, Growth Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proven success managing and optimising multi-channel marketing campaigns with measurable business results.
• Experience working with marketing analytics platforms to interpret performance data and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Demonstrated experience managing campaign budgets and driving strong returns on marketing investment.
• Exposure to marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and customer lifecycle marketing strategies will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and revenue growth targets.
• Managing and optimising campaigns across paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, affiliate, email, and other digital channels.
• Driving customer acquisition, lead generation, conversion, and retention initiatives through data-driven decision-making.
• Monitoring, analysing, and optimising campaign performance against KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CPL, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
• Managing marketing budgets and allocating spend effectively across channels to maximise performance and ROI.
• Implementing tracking frameworks, attribution models, conversion measurement, and analytics solutions to support performance reporting.
• Conducting A/B and multivariate testing on campaigns, landing pages, customer journeys, and creative assets.
• Collaborating with content, creative, product, CRM, and sales teams to improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
• Producing detailed performance reports and presenting actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Staying up to date with emerging digital marketing trends, platform developments, automation tools, and industry best practices.
