Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a GTM Operations Manager based in South Africa, working remotely with an international team. You will own end-to-end GTM workflows, optimize data-driven handoffs, and support lifecycle programs across CRM, marketing automation, and product-usage systems.

The role emphasizes AI-powered improvements, data quality, and scalable processes. Responsibilities include building and monitoring automations, documenting processes, and delivering actionable operational dashboards.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in go-to-market, revenue, marketing, sales, or customer operations.
• Practical Salesforce experience including data management, objects, and flows, with ability to improve system functionality.
• Experience building workflows in marketing automation platforms (Customer.io, HubSpot, Marketo, Braze, Iterable) including segmentation and triggers.
• Demonstrated experience developing or implementing AI-powered workflows and measuring results.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across systems to derive actionable solutions.
• Ownership and accountability to manage projects independently in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent written communication to document processes and decisions.
• High attention to data accuracy, audience definitions, and data synchronization.
• Adaptability to work with unfamiliar tools and changing priorities.
• Collaborative mindset to improve reliability and scalability of operational systems.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM workflows, translating business needs into practical solutions and defining success metrics.
• Optimize lead and account handoffs with data enrichment, routing, alerts, and follow-ups.
• Support customer lifecycle programs with segmentation, triggers, data synchronization, and QA of campaigns.
• Maintain reliable data flows across CRM, marketing automation, and product-usage systems; resolve issues with owners.
• Build, test, and monitor automations with attention to edge cases and failure recovery.
• Identify and implement AI-powered workflows for enrichment, qualification, and QA; measure improvements.
• Document workflows and maintain process guides; support onboarding and adoption; gather stakeholder feedback.
• Develop operational reports and dashboards tracking workflow health, data quality, and adoption.
• Contribute to continuous GTM ops improvements by reducing manual work and scaling processes.
