Potentiam is seeking a GTM Engineer to turn CRM and marketing data into a reliable commercial operating system supporting Marketing and Sales decisions.

The role improves data quality, lifecycle processes, automation, lead handling and reporting to provide teams with better visibility and actionable guidance.

Hybrid role in Cape Town with UK business hours, focusing on CRM integrations (HubSpot, Dynamics, Salesforce) and data standards to drive adoption and value.

Qualificações

• 4-7+ years in CRM/marketing operations, RevOps or growth ops in a B2B tech environment.
• Strong capability in HubSpot, Dynamics, Salesforce or comparable CRM; configure and improve workflows and data-management processes.
• Experience improving data quality, lead handling, segmentation, automation, hand-offs and funnel visibility.
• Commercially literate with the ability to turn CRM data into clear recommendations for Marketing and Sales stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CRM integrations; API and webhook familiarity is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Audit CRM structure, data quality, lifecycle stages, integrations and lead leakage; establish a baseline and remediation roadmap.
• Define and implement data standards, cleansing, deduplication, enrichment and validation processes.
• Improve segmentation, ICP/account-tiering models, lead scoring, routing rules, nurture journeys and sales hand-offs.
• Support the effective integration and use of CRM and martech systems, including HubSpot, Dynamics and associated data sources.
• Build and maintain funnel dashboards, campaign attribution and reporting that provide clear commercial insight and recommendations.
• Use AI-assisted enrichment and workflow automation where it will meaningfully improve targeting, process quality or user productivity.
• Create process documentation, QA controls and practical change support to drive reliable user adoption.
• Continuously improve CRM operations while respecting the boundaries of the role: it does not own sales quotas, SDR execution, enterprise data engineering or website growth.
• Location: Hybrid, Cape Town; hours aligned to UK business hours.
