Job summary

Hirexe is seeking a GTM Automation Architect / Growth Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated workflows powering our GTM systems. This fully remote role collaborates with RevOps and GTM leadership to map ICPs, enrich data, and streamline funnel operations.

The ideal candidate is a Claude AI power user who leverages AI for workflow design, automation logic, and documentation at scale, working within US EST hours.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in automation engineering, GTM systems, or RevOps.
• Strong expertise with Zapier, Make.com, N8N, Flowgear, or similar automation/orchestration tools.
• Claude AI power user — demonstrated experience using Claude for technical problem-solving, workflow design, prompt engineering, documentation, and automation acceleration.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation, and data enrichment tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize GTM workflows using Zapier, Make.com, N8N, Flowgear, and related automation tools.
• Serve as the technical architect for GTM systems, ensuring seamless integrations across CRMs, billing platforms, dialers, and marketing systems.
• Leverage Claude AI extensively to design workflows, generate automation logic, accelerate troubleshooting, and improve system documentation.
• Partner with RevOps leadership to drive ICP mapping, data enrichment, and segmentation strategies.
• Build and maintain automated lead routing, scoring, and enrichment workflows.
• Troubleshoot automation failures, monitor performance, and continuously optimize workflows for scale.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on GTM automation best practices, AI-assisted operations, and system design.
• Identify opportunities to apply AI-driven automation to improve GTM efficiency and scalability.
