Job summary

Hire Resolve seeks an AI & GTM Manager to own the digital and content growth strategy from its Cape Town base. You will design and execute multi-channel campaigns, build AI-powered customer journeys, and drive SEO/content initiatives across European markets.

The role requires 10+ years in digital marketing or growth, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS GTM. Collaboration with Sales and Customer Service is key for optimizing campaigns and pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in digital marketing, GTM, or growth marketing, ideally within B2B tech or SaaS.
• Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of the B2B sales cycle; ability to build marketing strategies that directly support sales pipelines.
• AI Literacy: Hands-on daily use of modern AI tools to scale content creation, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to build and scale GTM strategies from the ground up.
• Mindset: Self-motivated, highly adaptable, and comfortable thriving in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
• Communication: Exceptional written communication and storytelling skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own, design, and execute the company's digital and content GTM strategy.
• Run high-impact multi-channel campaigns (email, SEO, social, inbound) to drive high-quality leads.
• Build and optimize customer journeys and nurturing workflows using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Claude.ai.
• Create thought-leadership content, guides, and SEO assets that position the company as a trusted software advisor.
• Manage and optimize the website to maximize positioning across target European markets.
• Work closely with Sales and Customer Service to translate market insights into actionable campaigns.
• Analyze and report on campaign metrics with a strict KPI- and ROI-driven mindset.
