Jobgether is partnering with a sustainability-minded tech firm seeking a GTM Manager Outbound based in South Africa. You will build an AI-driven outbound engine, target high-value accounts, and drive qualified pipeline with multi-channel outreach.

You’ll collaborate with GTM leadership, experiment with new approaches, and own scalable outbound processes that align with the company’s mission. The role emphasizes autonomy, data-driven optimization, and an opportunity to shape outbound strategy

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales, preferably in SDR/BDR roles.
• Proven success in generating qualified pipeline and outbound performance.
• Experience using AI-powered workflows for prospecting and reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms, especially HubSpot, for pipeline tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize an AI-powered outbound sales engine with automation.
• Identify high-value target accounts based on ICP and opportunities.
• Engage decision-makers via multiple channels including phone, LinkedIn, and video.
• Develop cold outreach messages and tailored prospecting strategies.
• Qualify inbound/outbound meetings and hand over to account executives.
• Provide detailed prospect insights to improve conversions.
• Experiment with new outreach approaches and document results.
• Monitor outbound performance and pipeline value.
