Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Lead for a Cape Town fintech startup. You will design, implement, and scale data-driven campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more, focusing on CPA, LTV, and ROI while collaborating with product and data teams.

You will mentor junior staff, manage budgets, run A/B tests, analyze performance, and optimize spend. This role offers a remote-friendly policy, stock options, and strong growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 6+ years of hands-on performance marketing with paid acquisition focus.
• Proven success in scaling campaigns and achieving aggressive growth targets.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and major ad platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficient in Excel and analytics tools.
• Experience with attribution models and analytics platforms (GA, Mixpanel).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement performance marketing strategies focused on CPA, LTV, and ROI.
• Manage and scale paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting to improve performance.
• Analyze campaign data, identify trends, and optimize spend for ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, product, and data teams on tracking and attribution.
• Forecast and manage the performance marketing budget; allocate resources efficiently.
• Mentor and guide junior team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies in digital advertising.
