Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Manager for a fully remote role based in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. Lead a data-driven strategy to acquire customers and drive revenue through paid channels, with a focus on ROI and scalable growth.

You will own budgeting, optimization, and reporting, collaborating with analytics, creative, product, and tech teams to deliver top-line results in a dynamic e-commerce environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
• 6+ years in performance marketing with paid acquisition.
• Experience managing large e-commerce marketing budgets.
• Expert-level Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategy across PPC, paid social, and affiliates.
• Manage and optimize large-scale advertising budgets across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
