KingMakers in Cape Town is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to own the end-to-end execution of paid digital campaigns and drive profitable customer acquisition. You will work closely with Creative, CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to maximise campaign performance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with major platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads) and a strong focus on ROI, LTV, and NGR.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years hands-on experience managing and optimising paid digital campaigns.
• Strong expertise across major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads).
• Highly analytical, with the ability to connect campaign performance to ROI, LTV, and NGR.
• Experience managing and optimising significant marketing budgets.
• Strong testing mindset with experience running A/B tests.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution and optimisation of paid digital campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage marketing budgets to maximise ROI and drive profitable customer acquisition.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using key marketing metrics.
• Continuously test creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages to improve results.
• Optimise campaigns based on customer value (NGR/LTV).
• Identify new growth opportunities, channels, and audience segments.
• Scale high-performing campaigns and pause or adjust underperforming ones.
• Collaborate with Creative, CRM, Product, and Analytics teams to maximise campaign performance.
• Present performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decisions.
